Terms of Service

1. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed only after payment verification (for online payments) or our call-back confirmation (for COD).
• We may cancel orders if items become unavailable or if pricing errors are detected.

2. Payment

• bKash / Nagad: Payments are processed in real-time. Do not share your PIN with anyone.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.
• Fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.

3. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times: Dhaka 1–3 days, Outside Dhaka 3–5 days (business days).
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events outside our control.
• You must ensure someone is available to receive the package. Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Perishable goods, personal care items, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Information

• We make every effort to accurately display product colors, sizes, and descriptions.
• Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Stock availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed at time of order.

6. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate contact and shipping information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the courts of Bangladesh.
